Shipping and delivery options

We ship to all 50 states and internationally, excluding Canada and Australia, through the following providers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL

Processing time

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST are typically shipped out the same day. Once the item has been processed, a notification and tracking number will be emailed to the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment if requested. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

Returns

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products. Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date received. Items must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delayed orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

Damaged orders

Moon Picks is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. In the event there is an issue with the quality of the product received, please contact info@moonpicks.com to request a replacement or to exchange product.

Shipping restrictions

UPS orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. We do not ship to Canada or Australia at this time.
